  • Individuals looking to deepen a connection with themselves

  • People who want to improve the quality of their relationships

  • Persons ready to step into the unknown and explore possibility

  • Individuals willing to play and experiment with their perceptions and patterns

  • People who want to feel alive again

How do you work with clients?

First and foremost, I am interested in you. When I say you, I am pointing at the unique unfolding process of your human existence. I often explain that I work with clients in order to help them explore "how" they want to be in the world, not "what" they want to be. I believe deeply that grounding into the "how" allows the "what" to fall into place on its own.

All of our sessions will be unique and aimed at exploring what is alive in the moment. I value using different settings, modalities, tools, rituals, and processes in order to create contact between both us and with yourself.

I am always happy to work with you in the great outdoors, but also know the value of meeting in the office setting as well - I believe that both can be beneficial at different points of the therapeutic process.

Additionally, I prefer to work in person but also understand there are times when meeting online is the best option - enabling our work together to take whatever form it needs.

How much does therapy cost?

I offer different options for clients depending on where you are and what you want from our time together. I typically recommend meeting every week or every other week, especially in the beginning of our work together - though some clients may find it helpful to meet on a less frequent basis.

This process is unique to you and typically produces lasting effects over time, rather than dramatic shifts of instantaneous transformation.

I charge the same rate for couples, individuals, and families on a basis of time we spend together. I do not accept insurance at this time but I can provide a superbill, which can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.

I accept a certain number of sliding scale clients, so feel free to inquire about this possibility.

  • 55-minute sessions: $130 per session

  • 90-minute sessions: $180 per session

How do I know if this is the right fit?

Finding the right therapist for you - in my opinion - is more important than any of the letters next to someone's name or the credentials they hold. I want to work with individuals who are drawn towards working with me.

Additionally, I want people to find therapists with whom they feel they can connect, move through awkwardness, conflict, discomfort, joy, and all the other aspects of being human which arise in the process of relationship.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation because I believe this to be so important. I am simply  grateful I could be a part of your journey.

We can often fear the expression of what we feel is true, important or interesting. I hope to provide a space where you can leave those fears behind and step towards owning your authenticity.
